Quaser 集团上周在其大甲总部接待了大甲工业高中加工科二年级学生，随行有两名教师，此行聚焦技术教育、职场学习与未来合作可能。参观学生来自该校加工科的建教合作班，在 Quaser 生产现场度过一天，直接接触公司制造环境。这些学生就读于台湾“1+3+4”教育方案，即初中一年职业预备课程、三年技术高中加四年科技大学，全程融入职场训练。Quaser 表示学生在厂内积极参与，随行教师希望此行能促成未来的产学合作。公司将其对优质教育的支持视为环境、社会与治理承诺的一部分，并称此类学生参访体现其重视技术教育与制造业的衔接。
Quaser Group welcomed second-year machining students from Dajia Industrial High School to its Dajia headquarters last week, in a visit focused on technical education, workplace learning and potential future collaboration.
The group included students from the school’s cooperative education class in the Machining Department, accompanied by two teachers. During the visit, the students spent the day on Quaser’s production floor, gaining direct exposure to the company’s manufacturing environment.
The students are enrolled in Taiwan’s “1+3+4” education programme. The pathway includes one year of pre-vocational study during junior high school, followed by three years at a technical high school and four years at a university of technology. Workplace training is incorporated throughout the programme.
Quaser said the students actively engaged during their time at the facility. The accompanying teachers also expressed hopes that the visit could lead to future industry-academia collaboration.
The company described its support for quality education as part of its environmental, social and governance commitments. Quaser said initiatives such as the student visit demonstrate the importance it places on connecting technical education with the manufacturing sector.
