EMEC Machine Tools Inc. has highlighted further technical training undertaken through its partnership with Tsugami America, aimed at strengthening the support it provides to machining customers.
Application Engineer Khemrak S. attended Tsugami’s Three Path Training course at the company’s Brooklyn Park Tech Centre. The programme gave the EMEC team member an opportunity to learn directly from Tsugami specialists and gain additional familiarity with the manufacturer’s machine technology.
During the training, Khemrak worked through a toggle adjustment on a Tsugami BW329Z machine. He completed the session by finalising the spindle collet tension, with guidance from a Tsugami application engineering specialist.
EMEC said the course provided fresh insight into the machine and broadened its understanding of the possibilities available across Tsugami’s product range. The company presented the training as part of its continued investment in learning and application engineering expertise.
According to EMEC, expanding its team’s technical knowledge will help it better support customers and assist them in remaining competitive. The company’s post did not disclose investment figures, production data, operating-hour results or further details of customer industries served.
